Love this app. I have tried a 30 day challenge before but unless I had a calendar with me, I could not remember how long to hold my plank. With this app, all I have to do is open it and see how long to plank or if I have a day off.
Easy to use. Good way of keeping up with what you have to do each day.
Love it! The app is easy to use. This is the first app Ive seen that has the timer! Its helping me build my muscles.
Some bad moments
The app doesnt consider the level of user. The thing is there are six levels in the app, but none of those can be picked apart from the first one.
As a result, you must start your first day workout with 20 second set, even if it is too easy for you, and your terminal result will be 223.
Please, complete your app and try to consider the level of consumer.
Really? If I want to complete all 30 days I have to upgrade? Ill set the timer myself for free thanks.
My husband and I are both using the app at Level 2. Since the app updated a few days ago, the plank times are about four times longer than previously. Day 4 was over 4 minutes, Day 1 is now 3 40, which is quite aggressive. Please correct the app.
Just downloaded the app and wanted to get started, but when I try to create an account to try it out, it doesnt let you do that. Instead you can only option you have is to "upgrade to pro". Without doing that, you cannot do ANYTHING on this app! Ridiculous. A shame too, since it looks like a nice simple app to work with. Creators, can you fix this?
This is a great app for the plank challenge. It has a timer with an alarm. The only problem is there are google ads at the bottom of the screen that cover the menu.
If youre looking for a timer that keeps track of progress and lays out a plan, then this will do. I wish there was a 3-second countdown to the timer starting after hitting "Timer" just to take away that scramble between hitting it and forming the plank formation. Thanks for the app!
